Projects

I build small, real tools for the communities I'm part of — usually to replace something paywalled, limited, or annoying.

  • ollae — Create Event screen

    ollae

RSVP collection for casual events — no accounts, shareable across any chat platform. Built it for Thursday volleyball; works for anything informal.

    • 100+ RSVPs collected
    • Go
    • PostgreSQL
    • React 19
  • pocalab — K-pop photocard maker

    pocalab

Browser-based K-pop photocard maker — upload, crop, and arrange cards into print-ready PDF sheets. Duplex calibration handles front/back registration automatically.

    • 45 min → 12 min per sheet
    • ~70% faster
    • React 19
    • TypeScript
    • Vite
    • pdf-lib
  • Worship Slides Generator — upload screen

    Worship Slides Generator

Drag in a Planning Center PDF export, it parses the content, you reorder/edit the slides, and it exports a PPTX ready to drop into Google Slides. Made for small groups, quick events, and retreats.

    • 96% faster
    • 4-song set 2 hrs → 4 min
    • Node.js
    • Express
    • pdf-parse
    • PptxGenJS
    • Vanilla JS
  • VBS Scheduler — Who's free when

    VBS Scheduler

Availability scheduler for planning the VBS team's meetings and practices. Each team member fills a shared response form; a Google Apps Script endpoint reads those responses live from a Drive folder, and the app shows me real availability to plan around.

    • 8-person team
    • 70 responses · full-summer view
    • JavaScript
    • Google Apps Script
    • Static / GitHub Pages
  • Kumon Grading Automation — browser extension popup

    Kumon Grading Automation

JavaScript bookmarklet that clears the old grading-correction logs on Kumon Connect automatically, so students aren't blocked from progressing.

    • ~96% time cut
    • 10–13 hrs → ~25 min
    • JavaScript
    • Automation

How I Work

I run a lightweight, spec-driven workflow built around Claude Code and Linear.

  • /_ capture

    Capture, then triage

Quick notes go into an inbox via a custom /capture command; a separate /triage pass turns them into scoped Linear issues.

  • system.md

    Spec before code

Every project starts as a version-controlled build plan, keeping the architecture and the implementation in perfect sync. This site was built that way.

  • ↳ linear

    Continuous momentum

One isolated project per application, running on weekly cycles. Every repository maintains an active devlog to document progress and micro-decisions.

  • /_ audit

    UX as tooling

Design quality and WCAG 2.2 accessibility compliance shouldn't rely on memory. They live inside a repeatable, programmatic /audit command.
